13.1-505.1. Post-registration provisions.

With respect to investment advisors, the Commission may require that certaininformation be furnished or disseminated as necessary or appropriate in thepublic interest or for the protection of investors and advisory clients. Tothe extent determined by the Commission in its discretion, informationfurnished to clients or prospective clients of an investment advisor thatwould be in compliance with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the rulesthereunder may be used in whole or partial satisfaction of this requirement.
