11-2.01. Promise after bankruptcy must be in writing.

When a debtor is adjudicated a bankrupt or discharged in a bankruptcyproceeding any promise to pay such debt, after such adjudication ordischarge, shall be in writing for any action at law or in equity to bemaintained thereupon.
