10.1-1449. Siting Dedicated Revenue Fund.
There is hereby established in the state treasury a special dedicated revenuefund to be designated as the "Siting Dedicated Revenue Fund," which shallconsist of fees and other payments made by applicants to process applicationsfor site certification as provided in 10.1-1434, and other moneysappropriated thereto, gifts, grants, and the interest accruing thereon.
