10.1-1408.2. Certification and on-site presence of facility operator.
A. On and after January 1, 1993, no person shall be employed as a wastemanagement facility operator, nor shall any person represent himself as awaste management facility operator, unless such person has been licensed bythe Board for Waste Management Facility Operators.
B. On and after January 1, 1993, all solid waste management facilities shalloperate under the direct supervision of a waste management facility operatorlicensed by the Board for Waste Management Facility Operators.
