10.1-1315. Right of entry.

Whenever it is necessary for the purposes of this chapter, the Board or anymember, agent or employee thereof, when duly authorized by the Board, may atreasonable times enter any establishment or upon any property, public orprivate, to obtain information or conduct surveys or investigations.
