9.1-175. Board to prescribe standards; biennial plan.
The Board shall approve standards as prescribed by the Department for thedevelopment, implementation, operation and evaluation of localcommunity-based probation programs, services and facilities authorized bythis article. Any city, county or combination thereof which establishesprograms and provides services pursuant to this article shall submit abiennial criminal justice plan to the Department for review and approval.
