9.1-137. Article to control over other laws; exceptions.

A. In the event any provisions of this article conflict with other provisionsof law, the provision of this article shall control, except as provided insubsection B.

B. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection A, this article shall notalter, amend, or supersede any provisions of the Code of Virginia relating tothe collection, storage, dissemination, or use of juvenile records.
