8.01-598. Effect of judgment against receiver.

A judgment against a receiver under 8.01-597 shall not be a lien on theproperty or funds under the control of the court, nor shall any executionissue thereon, but upon filing a certified copy of such judgment in the causein which the receiver was appointed, the court shall direct payment of suchjudgment in the same manner as if the claim upon which the judgment is basedhad been proved and allowed in such cause.
