2006 Code of Virginia § 8.01-440 - Docketing and execution

8.01-440. Docketing and execution.

The clerk shall forthwith docket such judgment in the current judgment liendocket in his office and shall issue execution thereon as he may be directedby the creditor therein named, or his assigns, in the manner prescribed bylaw.
