8.01-195.8. Release of further claims.

Notwithstanding any provision of this article, the liability for any claim orjudgment cognizable under this article shall be conditioned upon theexecution by the claimant of a release of all claims against theCommonwealth, its political subdivisions, agencies, and instrumentalities oragainst the transportation district, and against any officer or employee ofthe Commonwealth or the transportation district in connection with, orarising out of, the occurrence complained of.
