6.1-2.1. Financial institutions to furnish certain information tofiduciaries.

The provisions of this title and any other provisions of law notwithstanding,any financial institution subject to the provisions of said title shall makeavailable to any fiduciary, upon request, all information concerning assetsor liabilities in which his decedent or ward had or has any interest.

Where used in this title, the term "financial institution" shall mean anybank, trust company, savings and loan association, savings bank, industrialloan association, consumer finance company, or credit union.
