6.1-113. Penalty for violation of 6.1-39.3 or 6.1-41.
Any bank violating the provisions of 6.1-39.3 or 6.1-41 shall be fined upto $2,000 to be imposed and judgment entered therefor by the Commission, andenforced by its process.
