5.1-2.12. Bonds made securities for investment and deposit.

Bonds issued by the Board under the provisions of this chapter are herebymade securities in which all public officers and public bodies of theCommonwealth and its political subdivisions, all insurance companies, trustcompanies, banking associations, investment companies, executors,administrators, trustees, and other fiduciaries may properly and legallyinvest funds, including capital in their control or belonging to them. Suchbonds are hereby made securities which may properly and legally be depositedwith and received by any state or municipal officer or any agency orpolitical subdivision of the Commonwealth for any purpose for which thedeposit of bonds or obligations of the Commonwealth is now or may hereafterbe authorized by law.
