5.1-1.7. Suits to enjoin violations of title.

The Department may seek to enjoin any act in violation of any provision ofthis title, or of any rule or regulation promulgated under any provision ofthis title, by application for injunctive relief to the circuit court of thejurisdiction where the violation occurs, which shall give priority on itsdocket to suits brought by the Department.
