4.1-325.1. Falsifying application; penalty.

It shall be unlawful for any applicant for a banquet or special eventslicense pursuant to 4.1-209 or mixed beverage special events licensepursuant to 4.1-210 to knowingly make a false statement in order to securea license or to alter, change, borrow, or lend or attempt to use, borrow, orlend a license. Any person violating this provision shall be guilty of aClass 3 misdemeanor.
