4.1-120. When government stores closed.

A. Except as provided in subsection B, no sale or delivery of alcoholicbeverages shall be made at any government store, nor shall any such store bekept open for the sale of alcoholic beverages:

1. On Sunday;

2. On Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day; or

3. During such other periods and on such other days as the Board may direct.

B. Certain government stores, as determined by the Board, in any countyhaving the urban county executive form of government, in any city adjacent toor completely surrounded by any such county, in any county contiguous to anysuch county, in any city adjacent to or completely surrounded by any suchcontiguous county, or in any city having a population in excess of 200,000,may be open on Sunday for the sale of alcoholic beverages after 1:00 p.m.
