4.1-109. Hearings; allowances to witnesses.

Witnesses subpoenaed to appear on behalf of the Board shall be entitled tothe same allowance for expenses as witnesses for the Commonwealth in criminalcases in accordance with 17.1-611. Such allowances shall be paid out ofthe fund from which other costs incurred by the Board are paid uponcertification to the Comptroller.
