4.1-108. Hearings; representation by counsel.

Any licensee or applicant for any license granted by the Board shall have theright to be represented by counsel at any Board hearing for which he hasreceived notice. The licensee or applicant shall not be required to berepresented by counsel during such hearing. Any officer or director of acorporation may examine, cross-examine and question witnesses; presentevidence on behalf of the corporation; and draw conclusions and makearguments before the Board or hearing officers without being in violation ofthe provisions of 54.1-3904.
