3.1-987. Suspension or revocation of license.

The Commissioner is authorized to suspend or revoke the license of anylicensed public weighmaster (1) when he is satisfied, after a hearing uponten days' notice to the licensee, that the said licensee has violated anyprovision of this chapter or of any valid regulation of the Commissioneraffecting licensed public weighmasters, or (2) when a licensed publicweighmaster has been convicted in any court of competent jurisdiction ofviolating any provision of this chapter or of any regulation issued underauthority of this chapter.
