3.1-975. Licenses and renewal fees.
Before the issuance of any license as a licensed public weighmaster, or anyrenewal thereof, the applicant shall pay to the Commissioner a fee of tendollars. Such fees shall be deposited with the State Treasurer to be creditedto a fund to be used by the Commissioner for the administration of thischapter.
