2006 Code of Virginia § 3.1-970 - Definitions
3.1-970. Definitions.
When used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:
(a) The words "licensed public weighmaster" shall mean and refer to anatural person licensed under the provisions of this chapter.
(b) The word "vehicle" shall mean any device in, upon, or by which anyproperty, produce, commodity, or article is or may be transported or drawn.
(c) The word "Commissioner" shall mean and refer to the State Commissionerof Agriculture and Consumer Services.
