3.1-840. Publication of information by Commissioner.
The Commissioner may publish at such times and in such forms as he may deemproper, information concerning the sales of animal remedies, together withsuch data on their production and use as he may consider advisable, and areport of the results of the analyses of official samples of animal remediessold within the Commonwealth as compared with the analyses guaranteed in theregistration and on the label; provided, however, that the informationconcerning production and use of animal remedies shall not disclose theoperations of any person.
