3.1-838. Use of information acquired by Commissioner or employees ofDepartment.
The Commissioner or any employee of the Department of Agriculture andConsumer Services shall not use or reveal information acquired under 3.1-834 and 3.1-835 except in the enforcement of this chapter, or to thecourts, when relevant in any judicial proceeding.
