3.1-836. Refusal or revocation of registration.
The Commissioner may refuse to issue any certificate of registration to anyapplicant if available facts indicate, that the product proposed forregistration is of negligible or no value for the correcting, alleviating, ormitigating animal injuries or diseases for which it is intended, or suspendor revoke any registration for flagrant violation of 3.1-829 to 3.1-844,inclusive.
