3.1-796.128:2. Selling garments containing dog or cat fur prohibited;penalty.
It is unlawful for any person to sell a garment containing the hide, fur, orpelt which he knows to be that of a domestic dog or cat. A violation of thissection shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $10,000.
