3.1-770.2. Remedies not exclusive.
The institution of proceedings for the application of any remedy availablepursuant to this article, or the issuance of any order on account thereof, orthe imposition of any fine or penalty pursuant to this article shall notoperate as a bar or limitation to the application of any other remedyavailable pursuant to this article or any other applicable law.
