3.1-768. Enforcement of article; how eggs marked and quality determined.

This article shall be enforced by the Commissioner of Agriculture andConsumer Services or his duly authorized agents and all eggs sold or offeredfor sale except those exempted in 3.1-765 and 3.1-766 shall be markedaccording to the grades, sizes, quality, ungraded or cracked and/or otherrequired terms adopted by the Commissioner with the approval of the Board ofAgriculture and Consumer Services and shall conform to the standardsestablished for the grade, size, ungraded or cracked as labeled. Officialdetermination of the quality of all eggs outlined in this article shall be bycandling.
