3.1-763.2. Destruction authorized.
The Commissioner may destroy or require the destruction of any swine afterreceipt of written notice from the State Veterinarian that in his opinionsuch swine is affected with or exposed to hog cholera, and the Commissionerfinds such destruction necessary to prevent or reduce the danger of thespread of hog cholera.
