3.1-722.7. Disposition of funds.
All sums received by the Commissioner for license fees, the renewals of thesame, late fees, and penalties shall be paid into a dedicated special fund inthe state treasury to be known as the Agricultural Dealers Fund. Any moneysin the fund shall not revert to the general fund. The fund shall be used forthe enforcement and administration of this article. Disbursements from theFund shall be made by the State Comptroller at the written request of theCommissioner.
