3.1-684.15. Records to be kept by handlers.
The handler shall keep a complete record of the soybeans which have beenhandled by him, and shall preserve such records for a period of not less thantwo years from the time such soybeans were handled. Such records shall beopen to the inspection of the Virginia Tax Commissioner and his dulyauthorized agents, and shall be established and maintained as required by theVirginia Tax Commissioner.
