3.1-650. Chairman of Board; reports.
The Board shall elect one of its members as chairman. The Chairman shall makea report at the annual meeting of the Board and furnish the members of theBoard with a statement of the total receipts and disbursements for the year.He shall file a copy of such report and audit as is required by 3.1-662with the Commissioner annually.
