2006 Code of Virginia § 3.1-611 - Definitions
3.1-611. Definitions.
As used in this article unless the context otherwise requires:
"Board" means the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
"Container" means any closed package of any description that is used tocontain apples and includes boxes, baskets and bags of any size or material.
"Packer" means any person who first packs apples in a container forshipment or sale.
