3.1-441. Defining market areas.

The Commission may define what shall constitute a natural market area anddefine and fix the limits of the territorial area within which milk shall beproduced to supply any such market area; provided, that producers,producer-distributors, or their successors now shipping milk to any marketmay continue so to do until they voluntarily discontinue shipping to thedesignated milk market.
