3.1-407. Failure to obey such notice and warning a misdemeanor.

Any person owning or operating any bakery, confectionery or ice cream plant,or any place where any food or drink products are manufactured, stored,deposited or sold, failing to obey such notice and warning, or permittingfilthy or unsanitary conditions to exist after a notice of previous violationhas been issued, provided the violation occurred within ninety days afternotice and warning has been issued, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
