3.1-358. Jurisdiction to enjoin unlawful use of Label.

Any court of record in the Commonwealth shall have jurisdiction to enjoin theuse of the Virginia Quality Label or of such label with the shield of theUnited States or any imitation or counterfeit likeness thereof used inviolation of this article.
