3.1-294. Sale to planter having knowledge of conditions under whichpotatoes were grown.
Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the sale for propagation purposes ofIrish potatoes or parts thereof grown within this Commonwealth when sold bythe grower thereof to a planter having personal knowledge of the conditionsunder which such potatoes were grown.
