3.1-288. Sale, advertising, shipping or planting of any but approved seedIrish potatoes.
It shall be unlawful for any person to offer or expose for sale, advertise,or ship into this Commonwealth, any Irish potatoes or parts thereof intendedfor propagation purposes, and/or to plant any Irish potatoes or parts thereofintended for the production of commercial white potatoes, which do notconform to the standards of "approved seed" potatoes as herein defined.
