2006 Code of Virginia § 3.1-249.48 - Records

As a condition of obtaining or renewing a license, each pesticide businessrequired to be licensed shall maintain such records as required by the Board.

The Board may require a licensed pesticide business to submit records to theBoard. Failure to submit a record requested by the Board is a ground forrevocation of a license.
