3.1-249.47. Fees.
An application for a pesticide business license shall be accompanied by anonrefundable annual licensing fee established by the Board.
If a person or business fails to apply for renewal of a pesticide businesslicense prior to expiration, the applicant, as a condition of renewal, shallpay the licensing fee and a late fee of twenty percent of the licensing fee.
