3.1-249.43. When Commissioner to notify registrant and afford opportunityto comply with chapter.

If it does not appear to the Commissioner that the pesticide is such as towarrant the proposed claims for it or if the pesticide and its labeling andother material required to be submitted do not comply with the provisions ofthis chapter, he shall notify the registrant of the manner in which thepesticide, labeling, or other material required to be submitted fails tocomply with this chapter so as to afford the registrant an opportunity tomake the necessary corrections.
