3.1-249.42. When Commissioner to register pesticide.
If it appears to the Commissioner that the composition of the pesticide issuch as to warrant the proposed claims for it and if the pesticide and itslabeling and other material required to be submitted comply with therequirements of this chapter, the Commissioner shall register the pesticide.
