3.1-249.36. Products registered under Federal Act.
The Commissioner may register and permit the sale and use of any pesticidewhich has been registered under the provisions of the Federal Insecticide,Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, as amended. Products so registered shall besubject to the registration fees as established by the Board, and to allother provisions of this chapter.
