3.1-249.35. Registration required.
Every pesticide which is manufactured, distributed, sold, or offered forsale, used or offered for use within the Commonwealth shall be registered inaccordance with regulations adopted by the Board. Such registration shalllapse unless the registrant pays an annual fee, the amount of which shall beset forth in regulations adopted by the Board.
