3.1-22.16. Declaration by Governor.

The provisions of this chapter shall be effective from the time that theGovernor of this Commonwealth makes a request pursuant to Section 301 ofPublic Law 93-288, 42 U.S.C. 5141 until the Governor declares that theeffects of the disaster have been abated.
