3.1-2. Meetings.
The Board shall meet three times a year for the transaction of business; butspecial meetings thereof may be had at any time upon the call of thepresident of the Board, the request of the Commissioner of Agriculture andConsumer Services, or a majority of the members of the Board made in writing.
