3.1-188.44. Information to be furnished and inspection allowed upon requestof the Commissioner.

The Commissioner or his assistants may require of any person who has plantsor plant products or articles or substances subject to this article in hispossession to present same for inspection and to give full information as tothe origin, number and destination of same, and it shall be a Class 1misdemeanor for such person to refuse to give the information requested orallow inspection.
