3.1-188.16. Governor or Commissioner may request assistance from fund.
Within the meaning of 3.1-188.7 (b) or 3.1-188.9 (a), a request orapplication for assistance from the insurance fund may be made by theGovernor or the Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services whenever intheir judgment the conditions qualifying this Commonwealth for suchassistance exist and it would be in the best interest of this Commonwealth tomake such request.
