3.1-18.16. (Contingent effective date - see Editor's note) Expansion ofagricultural enterprise districts.
Upon designation of an area as an agricultural enterprise district, the localgoverning body may make written application to the Department to expand thearea of the agricultural enterprise district. Such application for expansionshall be considered by the Department in accordance with the requirements of 3.1-18.15 and 3.1-18.17 and such regulations as may be applicable.
