3.1-106.18. Cancellation of registration or license.
The Commissioner is authorized and empowered to cancel the registration,license or contractor-applicator permit of any person; to cancel theregistration of any brand of regulated product; or to refuse to register anybrand of regulated product, or issue any license, as herein provided. TheCommissioner shall cancel or refuse a license or registration uponsatisfactory evidence that the registrant or licensee, as the case may be,has used fraudulent or deceptive practices in the evasion, or attemptedevasion, of this chapter or any regulations promulgated thereunder.
