2006 Code of Virginia § 3.1-1017 - Commissioner may delegate his authority

3.1-1017. Commissioner may delegate his authority.

All authority vested in the Commissioner by virtue of the provisions of thischapter may with like force and effect be executed by such employees of theDepartment of Agriculture and Consumer Services or other cooperators as theCommissioner may from time to time designate for such purpose.
